The ActiveShield safety system features advanced temperature monitoring and power output control to protect your device while fast charging. Use the Lightning port to charge an iPhone and the USB-C port to recharge the power bank. Please note that simultaneous charging and recharging are not supported. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend holding your phone while charging as the Lightning port is foldable. Not compatible with phone cases thicker than 0.19 in (4.9 mm), such as OtterBox defender cases.

To estimate charging cycles, use this formula: (Power Bank Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity ≈ Number of Charges. For instance, charging a 3,000mAh device using a 5,000mAh power bank would offer approximately 1.08 charges.
